Pumpkin Spice Protein Pancakes

It’s Fall and that means pumpkin spice everything.

Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup (64 grams) – Kodiak Protein Power Cakes

  • 1/4 cup (32 grams) – Water

  • 2 large (60 grams) – egg whites

  • 1/4 cup (32 grams) – Pumpkin Puree

  • 1 tsp. (4.2 grams) – Pumpkin Spice

  • 6 tbsp.(14.81 grams) – Aunt Jemima Light Maple Syrup

  • Optional: 2 scoops (24 grams) – Bulletproof Collagen

Directions:
  1. Heat griddle.
  2. Mix pancake powder, water, eggs, pumpkin puree, and pumpkin spice.
  3. Spray with coconut/olive oil spray to prevent sticking.
  4. Add 1/4 cup batter to the pan.
  5. Wait until the pancakes bubble.
  6. Flip, it baby.
  7. Add syrup and Enjoy!
